teacher Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.Monday Hook 11am Chair Yoga .Jd 9:30am Tuesday Pilates,Jd Yoga Friday 6:50pm .Yoga Thursday 6pm Hook Village hall.YogaLates 11amThe Wiltshire Hotel and more online or 1:1 You do not need any experience ,also any size and ability not important to be in my class.
