Jayne has a passion for mentoring, developing and sharing knowledge, this is something that she put into practise daily in her previous career in the public sector of over 30 years, developing into her own successfully business. After a life-changing incident in 2015, Jayne embarked on a new chapter of personal, self-development which has enabled her to offer support and guidance to others. Founder of Abstract Professional Coaching practice ltd, Jayne has developed a fusion approach to achieve client growth and satisfaction, this is through behaviour, perception and belief change artistry. With a wealth of knowledge, which is continuously growing, she has a hefty toolbox of techniques from the world of NLP, Hypnosis and Coaching.
Jayne can now be found delivering her own workshops, guest speaking, with the corporate sector now discovering the benefits of these small fun team-building season, bringing the fusion approach to the forefront of training. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of Jayne beliefs, both professionally and personally, with her mantra being
