I qualified as a level 4 remedial and sports massage therapist in 2015. Since then, I have has enhanced my skills by becoming qualified in pregnancy & post-natal massage, Indian head massage and hot stone massage. Most recently I have become a certified oncology massage therapist, providing care to those when they need it most. I am passionate about keeping you moving no matter what your lifestyle is. Whether you’re working from home, a builder, a Mum to be or an athlete I have a range of skills to reduce pain and relax tired muscles leaving you being able to move better and feeling restored. I come from an active background and used to be in the British Ski Team. Currently I enjoy running, cycling, exercise classes and walks with my daughter and border terrier. Please note that a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice must be provided or else full payment will be requested.

* Had a devine massage at The body clinic with Tif to sort out my niggles.
* As it's a long day today, I then treated myself to lunch from Greek Graze.
* Bought a Christmas present from one of my neighbours here.

The perfect Christmas present for anybody!

OK I did wait until after Halloween and it is only 7ish weeks until the big day!

How about the gift of pain relief, relaxation and some much needed me time. Whether you are stuck what to give someone or you want to start dropping hints (not too subtle though 😉) to your nearest and dearest for them to get you.

Coffee and penguin .... why not 😁
The lovely Nora enjoyed a cuppa and penguin this afternoon whilst it was chucking it down and waiting for her Mum.

If you ever have a lift to your appointment then please let me know and I will happily make the person a tea, coffee or hot chocolate to make sure they can relax downstairs waiting for you 🥰. Just give me a shout so I can put the kettle on for when you get here 😁.

Safe space
I am very proud of my little haven and the energy it currently holds. I see a lot of emotions when people come to see me from tears to belly laughs. This is your sanctuary to come and be you, there is no need for a mask to hide anything. It is your time to simply "be".

We pay attention to our physical wellbeing and sometimes massage can unlock some of our other emotions that we have kept tucked away. There is no judgement here, there is no need to feel embarrassed, we are all human. So please enjoy my safe haven and the energy it provides you, in whatever way you need 🥰.
