He has over 15 years of experience working within the NHS, supporting people facing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, addiction, and long-term health difficulties. Before this, he worked as an addiction’s counsellor in a rehabilitation centre and has experience in supporting parents in educational settings.
