Looking for a meaningful keepsake for your loved one?

If you’re unsure how you’d like to remember them, we’re here to help guide you through a range of thoughtful options.

One of our newest keepsakes is a beautifully personalised watch. You can customise the strap and engrave the back with something special, a fingerprint, handwritten message, photo, or even a drawing.

There is also the option to include a small portion of ashes or a lock of hair, allowing you to carry your loved one with you, whether every day or on those moments that matter most.

If you would like to find out more or view one of these keepsakes, please visit us at Kingshill House, we’d be honoured to help.

A beautiful funeral for a well loved lady, she left thoughtful wishes for her farewell, her floral tributes created with love from IV Florist to reflect her deep connection to both Ireland and England. Two beautiful black horses (Haywards Carriages) lead the way, gracefully draped in the Irish and English flags.

Her family walking behind her, surrounding her with love, ensuring she is accompanied with care and devotion on her final journey.

Something that means so much to families is the floral arrangement that accompanies their loved one on their final journey.

We take immense pride in making sure every detail is exactly how the family envisions, with each item thoughtfully and carefully placed. Whether it’s a flag, a sports shirt, a walking stick, medals, or something deeply personal, we understand just how much these possessions meant.

Our role is to ensure they are proudly on display, telling a story of a life lived - creating something unique and personal to them. 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for all your generous donations so far. We have dropped off 2 full bags of teddies and soft cuddlies to Kingsdown Crematorium who were very grateful to receive them.

Donations can be dropped off to any of our branches, or directly at Kingsdown Crematorium.

They are currently in need of teddy bears to give to children attending a loved one’s funeral. It’s a small but incredibly meaningful gesture that can bring comfort and reassurance at a very difficult time.

If you have a teddy bear you can spare, it would make a real difference to a child who needs it most.

Thank you all for the support and well wishes.

It was a fun but gruelling couple of days in Paris, but absolutely worth it… and I even managed to finish in under 4 hours! 🏃‍♂️🇫🇷

And yes… that pint was definitely well deserved 🍺

Did anyone catch this clip from Coronation Street the other day? 📺

We love seeing a spotlight on independent funeral directors - highlighting the care, attention to detail, and personal support that sets us apart from corporate directors and online cremation companies.

As an independent ourselves, it really resonates with us. We always strive to go above and beyond to ensure every service reflects the wishes of your loved one and their family.

It’s the families we support that make what we do so meaningful, and we will always continue to serve you and our community for as long as you will have us. 🤍
