I hope everyone is fine and dandy 😍😎

You all know, I'm sure, how much I absolutely love to share healing sessions with as many people as possible 💖 and I have a little incentive for you to help me spread the word to be able to do exactly that 💗

If you recommend me to someone, and they come for at least three full price sessions, you, my scrumptious ones, can book in for a session (after their three) for £20 💖

Choices are:

💫 Crystal Reiki
💫 Crystal Healing
..and so it's an ideal opportunity to try all three. Although everyone is welcome to choose whatever they'd like to 💖

Please ask your person/people to let me know who's recommended me so that I can keep a record 🥰

I'll let you know when your person has had their sessions 🥰 and you'll then have four months to come for yours 😘

You're very welcome to pass your £20 session on to someone as a gift if you'd like to 💖

UPDATE: I had the zoomies after being still and restful. My battery was well and truly charged, and I got soooo much done 🤩🥰🤩

I have a question for you. Well, two, actually 🤗

Do you allow yourself to notice, recognise, and honour what your Self needs? 🤔

Or do you ignore and push through? 🤔

I had quite a few plans today. Just kinda catching up at home and getting ready for the week ahead, but I suddenly felt like I needed to be still and restful.

I didn't 'ignore' the feeling but, initially, I decided to try and 'delay' being still and restful for a few hours while I got on with a few bits ...
..but I kept being nudged.

💖 Not later. Now.💖

And so I stopped what I was doing.

💫 Everything can wait.

💫 Maybe I'll do things later.

💫 Maybe I'll do them tomorrow.

But for now, I'm being still and restful, on the sofa, with a hot chocolate, writing to you (and then I'll get back to Netflix) 😍

There was a time when I would aaalways push through, but now I love and honour my Self far more than those times 💖
