Our wonderful activity coordinator Alla transformed into Alice and took us on a journey through Wonderland, sharing tales of her curious adventures. This special afternoon tea marked the grand opening of our brand-new Alice in Wonderland corner—complete with freshly baked scones, delicious cakes, and plenty of smiles.

💙💛 Quarterly Meeting Update 💛💙

Earlier today, members of the Swindon Dementia Action Alliance came together for our quarterly meeting.

It was another positive opportunity for us to reflect on what we’ve achieved, share ideas, and look ahead to what we have planned for the next few months. As always, conversations were guided by our shared commitment to supporting people living with dementia and helping to make Swindon a caring, dementia‑aware community.

We were also delighted to welcome Nigel and Gill to their first meeting as our Community Voice. As a couple living first-hand with dementia in our community, their lived experience and insight are incredibly valuable, and we are proud to have them involved in shaping our work going forward.

A huge thank you to everyone who gives their time, energy and passion - our volunteers, partners, and supporters - your contributions continue to make a real difference.

Together, we’re working to ensure that people living with dementia can continue to live normal lives, stay connected, and feel valued within our community.
