♡ ~ "Strike a Pose ladies, a Qigong one" ~ ♡

I'm really starting to see Qigong increase in popularity and it's making me so happy.

◇
I started building this class from the ground up, I ran the class for 2 people. No profit made but sheer determination and trust that it would work.

It had to, this is what I'm supposed to do after all... but then my mind would say...
"maybe not...
maybe this isn't what you should do it's not growing quick enough" ...
"shhhhh"

◇

I would quieten down the ego and go with the deeper more subtle knowing it will grow and it will build.

The joy I get from teaching is real ✨️

I discovered Qigong in one of my Reiki books,
In all honesty I just liked the look of the word.
Had no idea what it meant or what it was.
I googled it.

After reading up about it, in that moment there and then in bed in 2017 I told myself "I'm going to teach that one day"
I hadn't even tried a class but I had such a strong connection with just the look of a word, and there was a knowing.

Fast forward to 2026 and it's building nicely, thank you to everyone who joins me.

I have plans to run a new class during the day in Swindon, more details to be revealed as soon as I have everything in place.
If you would be interested please let me know and I can create a list to update you when I'm ready to go.

So my little message here to you is... if you are building a class just keep going. Stay consistent and don't give up.

have a new Wellness Studio including holistic based classes for members and I'm super excited to be included in this new Timetable offering ~

🎋 Qigong × Reiki Class 9.15am every Tuesday

🎋 Qigong Class 2pm every Thursday

These classes will be included in memberships. They also have a new Reformer space opening.

I will still be running my other classes ~

🎋 Qigong at Berry Farm 10am every Thursday

🎋 Qigong at The Link Centre 11.30am every last Friday of the month

Qigong, in today's modern world, is a unique fusion of ancient Chinese well-being practices with modern wellness and health science. Qigong is a coordinated system of gentle body movement, breath, and meditation that supports self-healing, body awareness while nurturing sustainable health, emotional and mental well-being.

Qigong is for everyone, with the option of strong moves to challenge you. You have the luxury of taking this Class at your own pace to suit your wants/needs.

A mini morning retreat myself and Kaye from held

It was a fresh sunny day, the sun poured in through the palour barn creating a beautiful golden hue.

We opened with a warm Cacao with added spice which made it taste like Christmas 😋🌲

Cacao opens the heart and encourages a present state.

We then rooted deeply into the now with Qigong.

Followed by rising with Kundalini.

Finally Reiki/Sekhem was received bringing it to a calm & relaxed close.

Our aim was to take people on a journey whilst feeling completely held and safe in the moment.

We hope that was achieved & we are looking forward to running another in the New Year.

🌷 Aurora Breast Cancer Wellbeing Retreat 🌷

I was invited along yesterday to hold a Qigong class for the retreat that this incredible charity run

Aurora is a compassionate breast cancer charity dedicated to empowering and supporting young pre-menopausal women affected by breast cancer. They unite together to create a positive network of women to support each other within Wiltshire and Gloucestershire through the challenges of a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery journey beyond.

This is exactly the direction I want my work to go in and I can't tell you how lovely it felt to give back in a small way.

I was surprised at the end with a gorgeous Poinsettia, it made me feel really special.

Thank you for having me I can't wait to work more with this charity.

Ah, I'm over the moon, I finally did it !!

I taught my first ever Reiki I course today.

The amount of time it has taken me to move forward with this goal is no joke. The imposter syndrome and not knowing where to teach from held me back for a long ole time. I can see now I really needed to grow and learn all sorts about myself before I could deliver the course in the way I had imagined.

Thank you so much to all who joined me today, I'm so grateful. I learnt so much alongside you.

I've found my Reiki home to teach from .communitygardens ~ a happy place that makes me feel like a kid, ooo'in and arr'in in awe & wonder everytime I visit.

I am running another Reiki I next Sunday 7th Sep, I have 2 spaces left.

I have found the most wonderful home to teach Reiki from here at .communitygardens

I do feel one of the reasons why it has taken me so long to start teaching is because I needed somewhere that felt right to pass on the Reiki knowledge and attunements.
It's so special that teaching was never going to be about rushing into it. It just had to feel right, and now it does. All in divine time.

I have poured years of experience into this and have built this course very slowly. It all fell into place one day when I thought this is IT, where I would love to teach from.

Twigs holds a special place in my heart, so yes, we will be learning from the beautiful garden studio. A sneak peak in the photo above.

Growth happens outside of our comfort zones ! Time and time and time again, I keep putting myself so far out of mine that I want to run away because it's scary, but every time I've completed whatever may scare me. I learned more about myself & what I'm capable of.
A couple of scary things are pending for May, which I'll fill you in on after I've done & talk about the growth.

It really is time to shhhh down the self sabotage & doubt. You may think from my classes, treatments & work that I'm really confident, but I have an olddddd pattern at play that I've worked on for years, and it's

"I'm not good enough,"

I got so bored of this that I rewrote the old story, I've reframed it, and I don't believe the above anymore 🙃

It 100% tries to get me at times, but I screw it up in a little ball and throw it over my head. CYA 🫡

🍋 Cornwall 25 🍋

We had such a lovely time that we are booking again for next year!

A little break enjoyed by all of us.

There's a time during parenthood where holidays aren't for you, they are mostly based around the children & we have come back from many little breaks more exhausted than when we left, but this one was IT ! The one that included moments where you can take little slithers of time for yourself.
Everyone had a nice time, not just the kiddies 😆😋
