Let me tell you 🔊

I want to kick off this week with a reminder that when it comes to transforming your body, your health, and your mindset – it’s not about quick fixes or random workouts. It’s about a smart, structured plan that works for YOU.

Here at the Absolutely Fit studio, we know that around 70% of your results come from nutrition and that’s why we give every client a bespoke nutrition plan designed to fuel your body, balance your hormones, and get you into fat oxidation mode.

But the other 30% isn’t just ‘going to the gym’ – because 20% is your bodies rest and recuperation, nothing happens if you don’t rest and recuperate!

So only 10% of results come from exercise itself. And that 10%? It has to be done right. We train with purpose, not just movement.

One of the key techniques we use is called Time Under Tension – or as I like to call it, ‘making every rep count’. This means we focus on the tempo of your exercises – the speed you lift, lower, and hold – to maximise muscle activation, boost calorie burn, and sculpt your body shape.

It’s not about how much weight you can throw around – it’s about controlling that weight so it works with your body, not against it.”
