Broccoli salad

Rinse broccoli and break into small florets.
In a bowl, cover broccoli florets with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
Drain and allow to cool.
Mix together 1/3 cup low fat salad dressing / mayonnaise and 2/3 cup plain fat free yogurt.
Pour mixture over broccoli and carefully mix together.
Layer a salad bowl with crisp lettuce and quartered baby tomatoes.
Spoon the broccoli mixture onto the salad bed, sprinkle with a tablespoon of mixed seeds and serve.
