Many of us have encountered the phrase 'Trust the Process' at some point. During my counselling training, I remember how frustrating it was to hear! However, over time, I came to appreciate its significance and the personal growth it brought me.
But what happens when trusting the process, or even trusting yourself, feels out of reach?
