What a lovely day running a retreat day with Rachel ✨️

Offering some lovely treatments to some lovely people which included Reflexology, Reiki and meditation with crystals and journaling ✨️

The energy was amazing ✨️

After a busy day yesterday doing some lovely treatments and meditation session for some Amazingclients for the retreat day it's time to chill and Breathe in the air ✨️

What better than getting up early and taking my little Dude out for some training and me to recharge and cleanse ✨️

So after all the lovely clients leave and the Therapies have finished the therapists work is still not finished ✨️

There is the room to clean, all the towels and covers to wash✨️

Then there is the equipment, hot stones to wash, cleanse and recharge, the crystals to cleanse and recharge not forgetting to cleanse the room so it's fresh and recharged for a new day ✨️

Then set up the room for the next day for my lovely clients ✨️

I do love my work as a holistic therapist ✨️

This little dude is so happy I am working from home today he has decided my fuzzy blanket is the best place to be while I do some lovely treatments for my wonderful clients ✨️

It's a Full Wolf Supermoon in the zodiac sign Cancer ♋️

This will fire up our senses and ignite our emotions ✨️

I always find on a full or New moon things are very different this one will be interesting as it's in my zodiac sign ✨️

So go with the flow of the moon and enjoy the experience, write down what you don't understand it may come to you later ✨️
