✨Ooh slide cupping, but can we really static cup over the spinous processes❓

Yes, as Dry Cupping creates a lift and decompressive action on the tissue it’s safe to static cup and slide over the spinous processes of the vertebra. Plus it feels good and helps to improve mobility.
These are just a couple of the techniques covered within our highly practical accredited day course in Myofascial Dry Cupping.

📆 If you’d like to add this fantastic modality to your therapy tool kit why not join us on:

Saturday 28th March - Live Online
Monday 27th April - Swindon

⭐️ What’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and how can it benefit your clinical work?

MLD is a light, rhythmical treatment that works with the body’s lymphatic system to help reduce swelling, support healing, and promote a deep sense of relaxation. Although the pressure is gentle, the effects can be incredibly beneficial for recovery and wellbeing.

✨ Why therapists use MLD:
✔️ Helps reduce fluid retention and swelling
✔️ Supports post-surgery healing and scar recovery
✔️ Aids sports recovery and reduces heaviness in the limbs
✔️ Encourages relaxation and supports the immune system
✔️ Complements massage, rehab, and clinical treatments

It’s a versatile skill that allows therapists to work with a wide range of clients — from post-operative recovery to general wellness care.
A calm, supportive technique that can make a real difference to how clients feel and recover. 💙
