Big breakfast this morning as we discuss our Couples Retreat May 8th-11th!!

More details to follow and we only have space for 4 couples this time around. So please keep an eye if you’d like to takeaway some useful tools to connect (re-connect) and grow with your partner through support from a very experienced couples therapist and fro myself through breathwork and Meditation and couples yoga xx

Calling all parents/carers kids and teens...

As part of our funding application for our new CIC - Community Interest Company, we have to reach out to the community and prove that it is wanted and needed.

We need to secure at least 50 responses that we can turn into data.

Each response is anonymous and super valuable to us. It will take no more than a few minutes. If you have a child/teen please fill out more than one so we get views from all ages in the community. Please sit along side them and explain as best you can so they give genuine answers.

We need to establish if a bigger more accessible version of Zen Den for kids and teens is seen as a gap in the market - obviously we feel it is and want to build something that will reach so many more kids and teens in Swindon. And eventually further if we can work as a flagship model.

The truth is we have so many amazing women in Swindon and Wiltshire doing incredible work that it’s hard to put yourself forward for such a vote! But here I go!!

We spend our second Christmas in my grandparents home… my father and uncle were born here… I spent many a Christmas as a grandchild helping to wrap gifts here 🎄🙏🏼💝

2026 Jerome and I will buy this family home and make it our own 🤍🙏🏼

I hope you all have some thing beautiful to look forward to in 2026

We have some glorious plans blooming for Zen Den in 2026 which hopefully means we can offer some additional services for kids and teens in our space 🤍🤍🤍🙏🏼
