More of Becky’s amazing work! Me and my Mum are coming!

Next Monday (23rd March) I will be at the Moredon Community Centre for a session about ADHD.

No diagnosis is required. This is a session for people who support others with ADHD, have ADHD or are simply curious to find out more.

This session will focus on the impact of hormones on ADHD, especially during puberty, pregnancy and menopause. There will be lots of information and practical advice. I really hope you can join me, or if you know anyone who may benefit from the session, please let them know.

We are running a small number of pilot wellbeing sessions for children and young people as part of setting up Omni Roots Hub CIC, a new not-for-profit supporting children’s and teens’ wellbeing in Swindon.

Because this is a pilot, sessions are kept small and relaxed, giving each child the space and attention they need. Spaces are limited.

What to expect
✨ Small group wellbeing sessions (breathwork, gentle movement/yoga, meditation & practical tools)
🎥 Some sessions may be video recorded
🗣 Optional written or verbal feedback

All filming and feedback will be fully explained in advance, with informed consent from both parent/carer and child.
Children do not need to be filmed to take part — feedback alone is just as helpful.

☕ Parents & carers:
While you wait, you’re very welcome to help yourselves to tea, coffee, drinks and light snacks and relax nearby.

We’re also aiming for a balanced mix of ages and genders, so places will be offered on a first-come basis where possible.
