Most people give up because they 'think' they aren't making progress, but if you're not tracking how would you even know?

If you're not assessing you're just guessing..

So start keeping score!

I'm not talking about the sad step (scales) either that usually just kills your motivation even though it doesn't give you a true reading of what's actually happening, unlike things like:

Has your health improved?
Do you clothes fit/feel better?
Increased muscle definition?
Feel more energised with better mood?


I know taking progress pics isn’t everyone’s favourite thing… but it’s one of the easiest ways to actually see your improvements — whether it’s fat loss, posture, or feeling stronger and looser in your back.
Even small changes matter, and tracking them helps you stay motivated and notice the wins you might otherwise miss!
