The two issues I’m seeing a lot of at the moment and maybe the reasons why!

Some injuries are more prevalent at certain times of the year - more running related injuries during peak running months. More contact injuries at the beginning of the football and rugby season.

These two though, aren’t sporting related per se. They’re most ‘festive’ and ‘wintry’ issues.

Anyway, not long till big man comes and pops down your chimney! I hope you’re already and about there for the festive period! 🍻 🎅
