Terri is a VTCT trained, fully qualified and insured Massage Therapist with 15 years' experience, with a Diploma in Sports Massage.

Professional Massage, Sports/Remedial/Deep Tissue Massage, Athletic Taping, Dry Cupping, Osteopathic Techniques, Relaxing, Hot Stone and Indian Head Massage, Oncology Massage, Diss, Harleston, Eye, Debenham, Framlingham and all surrounding villages. Terri studied at City College Norwich, with further studies in London and Thailand and is also a member of The Complimentary Therapist Association. Offering Sports/Deep tissue massage, Athletic Taping, Osteopathic Techniques, Swedish, Hot Stones and Indian head massage. Terri helps to alleviate the stress and tension, which builds up the body's soft tissues during physical activity caused by occupational, recreational or sporting activities. Each massage is tailored to your specific requirements, whether you want to relax and unwind or a more rehabilitative treatment involving manipulation of muscles and soft tissues for pain relief, muscle repair, health maintenance and injury prevention. The benefits of therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being, by reducing stress, pain and muscle tension caused by everyday life. Hey everyone,
⭐️A little update: Moving forward, I will no longer be offering evening massage appointments.
This supports a healthier work-life balance and helps me continue with the energy and focus each of you deserves during your massage sessions.💆‍♀️💛

New hours:
Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm
Friday 9am-3pm

I understand this might affect clients who prefer evening sessions, and I truly appreciate your flexibility and continued support.
