Always learning and building on my ‘oily’ knowledge 🪻

Just completed a two-part CPD course with Penny Price Aromatherapy on Hormones, Menopause & Essential Oils.

Many of my clients struggle with menopausal symptoms varying from hot flushes, anxiety, mood swings, tiredness/lack of energy and particularly brain fog… although the list of peri/post menopause symptoms is much longer than that!

And in my case studies for my Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma, I regularly made blends to help with different symptoms using oils such as Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile and of course, Clary Sage ❤️

And now I’ve got some new oils to try out including Myrrh and Aniseed! Aniseed’s scent isn’t for everyone, but it has some amazing benefits and it's particularly useful for some of the more common symptoms such as hot flushes, dry skin and fatigue. It’s also a great mood-booster 😁

I've had a few new followers recently so thought it’s a good time to re-introduce myself and say hi 👋

I’m Jo, the face behind Wandering Sole Therapies ✨️

I have a fabulous treatment room at the in Syston.

I'm a Clincial Reflexologist offering tailored treatments on the feet, hands and now the ears!

As a Clincial Aromatherapist, I love creating bespoke products as well as using tailored blends in my Reflexology treatments. I will be organsing Aromatherapy Make and Take Workshops very soon 🙏

I'm a Reiki Practitioner and a Reiki Drum Practitioner offering a range of treatments including Drum Healing and Drum Journeys.

Other treatments I provide include Chakra Balancing, Indian Head Massage and Ear Candling👂

I also work with local charity Sue Young Cancer Support offering Reflexology at their regular Time Out Group in Wanlip and at volunteering at their Head Office 💜
