🌬️ Your breath is your superpower.

Deep, rhythmic breathing can lower adrenaline, calm your body, and help your birth hormones flow naturally. This is science, not fluff!

Try this today:

👉 Breathe in, counting to four slowly. Feel the air enter your lungs.

👉Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Try to avoid inhaling or exhaling for 4 seconds.

👉 Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds.

👉 Wait for another 4 seconds before you breathe in again.

👉 Repeat 5 times, or until you feel recentred.

Now, notice how grounded you feel. 🌸

🌿 A Personal Update 🌿

Hello lovely people,

I wanted to take a moment to apologise for my absence from this page over the past few months. Earlier this year, my family and I experienced the loss of two very close relatives, and alongside this, we celebrated our wedding, all within a very short space of time.

During this period, I took a step back from promoting The Birth Collective on social media to focus on my family, process these events, and simply be present with the people I love.

I’m now returning to TBC social media and so ready reconnect with you all! I plan to be more present here, sharing helpful content about hypnobirthing, perinatal wellbeing, and supporting families, while still balancing my main job, my family, and other commitments.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, and for continuing to support The Birth Collective.

I’m looking forward to sharing more with you over the coming weeks/months, and I’d be so grateful if you could continue to share and engage with my posts in order to support my little project.
