Join us for a beautifully curated Galentine’s experience set in an idyllic countryside location in the heart of Scarthingwell, opposite Tadcaster Golf Course.

Expect a nurturing blend of movement, relaxation, and indulgence:

🧘‍♀️ 45-minute Mat Pilates flow in our serene studio space
🔥 Sauna & relaxation ritual in our tranquil pamper area
🌿 Luxurious face & foot masks
🍓 High-protein post-workout treat, made in-house and thoughtfully designed by our in-house registered nutritionist
🍵 A soothing matcha or a celebratory glass of prosecco

The experience flows gently between movement and restoration, allowing plenty of time to unwind, reconnect, and truly relax.

Each retreat lasts approximately 2 hours, with limited spaces to preserve an intimate, boutique feel.

Our sauna is now up and running for use in The Revive Hive opposite the gym. This service is available as a 30 minute pay as you go option for all Prime Anatomy Fitness and Tadcaster Hyrox Training Centre gym members at £5.50 and non-gym members at £6.50 per session.

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance on our booking system below 😊.

Over the coming weeks there will be exciting renovation works being undertaken in the gym which will have a direct impact on the Revive Hive cafe. Therefore the cafe we will be closed to the general public from immediate effect until mid October.

All drinks, meal preps and protein supplements however, will still be available for gym members upon request Monday to Friday.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
