What a wild one today 🌊💨

Stopped off on my way home via Knottingley Amphitheatre, with a quick pause at the Shanti Tea Boat 🚤 the canal is looking stunning… sparkling water, windy, and beautifully wild 💙

My morning was spent working at Airedale- Pontefract Slimming World with Claire supporting the gorgeous Claire and sharing Slimming World opportunities with members✨

Fresh air + doing what I love = happy me 💕

🍽️✨ Dinner tonight = absolute winner!

I made the gorgeous Back Pocket Beef Moussaka from the Slimming World Kitchen and oh my goodness… it did NOT disappoint 😍

✔️ Ready in just 35 minutes
✔️ So easy to make
✔️ Packed with flavour
✔️ And even better… the recipe says serves 2 but I’ve got 3 portions out of it 🙌 (hello, value for money!)

This is exactly what I love about Slimming World – proper, satisfying meals that the whole family can enjoy, while still supporting your weight loss 💕
