These 4 young wood mice were found outside someone's backdoor today, wondering around aimlessly. It would appear they have lost their mother and came out from under the house in search of food. They were too young to be out alone and the member of the public was able to pick them up and bring them into care. We expect they will all continue their rearing with us here at HART and ready for release again shortly.

Renee Smith and I made these heart shaped cushions for the DTC to give to ladies who have had surgery for breast cancer. Jo from the Basingstoke Breast Cancer Self help Group kindly provided the material. I sewed and Renee stuffed! We had quite a little factory going! Great fun.

A beautiful funeral service for HRH Prince Philip this afternoon. The weather was sunny and dry and military procession was top notch. My thoughts and prayers are with the Queen. Bless her majesty for the times ahead without her soulmate.
