Today is my slimmerversary! 10 years ago today I walked into the doors of the Ambrose Allen centre to join my local Slimming world group. I didn't have much hope, I had tried other ways to lose weight and always failed.
But when Emma Martin told me I could eat loads of food that I didn't have to weigh or measure, that I didn't have to be hungry and I could still go out for meals and drinks with my friends and STILL lose weight, I knew Slimming world was for me!
10 stone down and 10 years later, it was definitely the best decision I ever made for me!

And now I run my own classes in the very same hall!
