What have I been up to on my weekend off….
Well as you know I have 2 little boys, 1 who has medical and special needs. We visited the absolute amazing !!!! 💙💙

Was so special, and safe and to see the kids smiling is exactly what I call success for the week!!

Motivation for the week - we were told we would never see Jaxx on a bike, we’ll look at him!!! Hope Jaxx gives you the inspiration to achieve anything this week!!

Collagen - Worth the hype or not???

Are you taking collagen correctly??

1. Benefits of taking in morning - great for hair, skin, nails, gut health
2. Benefits of taking in evening - great to aid sleep and cognitive development and reduce brain fog
3. A hour before resistance training actually helps to heal muscles

Basically if you forget to take it in the morning, don’t worry. Just take it. I think the key with collagen is to be consistent.

Heyyy I used to be that girl 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I do understand this!!

But if I tell you it’s transformed my skin, life and treatment longevity, would you re think???

What I am now using:
1. Medical grade cleanser - am & pm - this one is more hydration - I need more hydration in the winter as my skin can get dry.
2. Medical grade toner - this has AHA and salicylic acid - am only - brightens and clears my skin all in 1 hit.
3. Medical grade Vitamin C - am only - hello powerful antioxidant, hello brighter skin, why the heck have I not used you before.
4. Medical grade retinol - pm only - 3 times a week only. - enhanced cell turnover.
5. Medical grade peptides - am & pm - strengthens my skin barrier and hydrates my skin
6. Medical grade moisturiser - am & pm -
7. Medical grade mineral based spf - sorry this a MUST!!!! None of this it’s in my make up or moisturiser. This should be a extra. The protection on it , will mean less treatments later in life!!! Please invest in this!!
