💫We now have two DAY-TIME floating Sound- Baths, on our booking system at The Set Longevity Health Club in Little Baddow, Chelmsford 💫

💫Come and join us on Tuesday the 24th of February at either 10:30 am or 1 pm and take some time out for yourself to relax and drift away to the vibrations of the Gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other sound therapy instruments, which help take you on a journey of deep relaxation and healing.💫

We just held the most beautiful sound bath in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford 🤍 Such a warm, welcoming community, incredible acoustics, and deeply powerful frequencies and vibrations. We are Grateful for every soul who shared the space with us ✨

Join us for a beautiful sound bath this Wednesday, 14 January, at the later time of 7.30 to 9 pm.

This is a sacred invitation to slow down, soften, and surrender into deep relaxation. As the sounds and vibrations wash over you, the nervous system is soothed, and the body, mind, and spirit are given space to rest, restore, and revive. In this deeply relaxed state, healing can unfold naturally and effortlessly.

The sound bath will take place in this beautiful church, held in a warm and nurturing space with both underfloor and overhead heating. For your own comfort, please bring a blanket and a pillow so you can fully relax and feel supported.
