This time of year can be difficult for so many reasons.

You don’t need to be in ‘crisis’ to begin counselling. Sometimes it’s about making sense of patterns feeling less stuck, or having a space that’s just yours.

I work with adults and young people who want thoughtful and reflective support at their own pace.
