Our staff are receiving increasing levels of antisocial behaviour and verbal abuse. Our team is here to help you and work very hard every day to provide the best possible care. Like many healthcare settings, our staff are currently under significant pressure and are doing their very best to support patients in often challenging circumstances.
We understand the pressures many of our patients are facing, particularly at this busy time of year with increased demand, seasonal illness and the current flu wave. We recognize that appointment delays can be frustrating and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
We kindly ask all patients to treat our reception and clinical team with the same respect and courtesy that you would expect in return. Our staff are doing their best to support you, often in very challenging circumstances.
A little patience, understanding and kindness go a long way and make a big difference to everyone.
