💖 The time has come to hang up my scales… 💖

After 10 wonderful years, I’ve made the incredibly hard decision to step away from Slimming World. My final group will be on Thursday 20th November.

It’s so hard to put into words what these years have meant to me. Being part of your journeys — watching your confidence grow, celebrating your milestones, and picking each other up on the tough days — has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. 🥹✨

To all my past and present members: thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me, for sharing your stories, and for letting me be a part of your story. You’ve all inspired me more than you’ll ever know. 💕

We’ve still got 3 weeks left together, so let’s make every one count — one last push to make a difference on those scales and finish our journey strong. 💪🌟

💥💥 LETS TALK HEALTH BENEFITS 💥💥

Craig has diabetes, last year he went for his blood tests and the results came back at 100, fast forward to 3 weeks ago and his test results have come back at 44 - this now means Craig is pre- diabetic. He just needs to get it down by another 2 and he will no longer be diabetic! How awesome is that 🙌

Yesterday Craig had a massive non-scale victory. After shopping online for size 5XL as he was too large to buy from the usual stores, Craig went to JD Sports and purchased a The North Face tracksuit for travelling in, in a size XL 😍 This has massively boosted Craig’s confidence and desire to get to his target weight.

Through Slimming World, Mounjaro & Exercise Craig has lost 6 stone so far 🤩

Craig eats around 1500 calories a day and goes to the gym and swimming 4 times a week.
