Winter is a season of repair, and your body does most of that work while you sleep. When your evenings are softer, your nights become deeper, and your mornings feel steadier.

You don’t have to perfect anything. Just choose one tiny moment where the day closes and your system can finally exhale.

If you’ve felt slow, heavy, or resistant these past few weeks, nothing is wrong with you. Your body is responding to winter. Energy moves inward before it returns outward.

This season isn’t about forcing momentum.
It’s about strengthening your roots, listening to your inner world, and trusting that new beginnings arrive when the light does.
