Strength, Conditioning, Flexibility&- Mobility.
Suitable for both the beginner to experienced exercisers.
▪️Gritty & Grace is a fusion class which improves muscular strength and endurance, balance, and flexibility, and helps improve overall fitness levels.
▪️Strength - 30 minutes - a creative blend of dumbbell resistance exercise sections, mobility patterns and core conditioning exercises.
▪️ Flow (Athletic Mobility) - 25 minutes - Flow is a creative blend of 'athletic' yoga-inspired flows, balance sequences, and mobility.
• I offer modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment
