It’s 4 weeks since I had a mole removed from the bottom of my foot — it’s been challenging!!

The first week I couldn’t put any weight on it — crawling on my knees, hopping, going down stairs on my bum… it was painful, frustrating, and exhausting. But I’m so grateful I was strong enough to manage it.

Life isn’t always linear. Curveballs happen. The key is getting back on track, even if it’s slower than you hoped.

Sunday, I finally returned to the gym for the first time in 4 weeks — upper body only, light weights, giving myself grace. And it felt amazing! 💪

Even small steps after a setback count. Progress is progress.

You Don’t Have to Do It Alone!

Here’s the truth…
Most women don’t fall off track because they’re lazy or lack motivation.
They fall off track because they’re trying to do it all on their own.

When life gets busy, hormones kick in, or energy dips — it’s so easy to slip back into old habits if no one’s there to lift you up and remind you why you started.

That’s why community changes everything.

Inside my online coaching group, I see it every week —

Why Most Women Don’t See Results (and How to Fix It!

I’ve been a coach for almost 30 years now, and I can tell you — the main reason most women don’t see the results they want isn’t because they’re doing the wrong workouts…

It’s because they don’t stick with the plan long enough to see it work.

We live in a world that wants quick fixes.
But your body — and your mindset — need time.

✨ It’s not about being perfect every day.
✨ It’s about being consistent most of the time.
✨ And trusting that the results will come if you stay the course.

My ladies who started my 12-week foundation phase are now finishing up — and they’re already enrolling in the next stage because they’re:
💪 Seeing real changes in their shape and energy
💫 Loving the structure and support
🌿 Sticking with it (even on the hard days)

They’ve learned that if you give something long enough — it works.

Trust the Process — Your Results Are Coming!

So many women ask me…

“What if I don’t see results straight away?”
“How do I stay motivated when life gets in the way?”
Here’s the truth — you don’t have to do more. You just have to keep going.

Because progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up, even when it’s not easy.

And the proof? Just look at what my ladies are saying right now 👇

“I’m stronger when swimming — quicker with my lengths in the pool!”

Progress, not perfection!

After my little foot op last week, I’ve been reminded that life doesn’t always go to plan…

I’ve had to rest, slow down and adapt — but that doesn’t mean giving up.
Because progress doesn’t come from being perfect.
It comes from being consistent, even when things aren’t ideal. 💜

And that’s exactly what my online ladies have been showing me!

They’re not waiting for the “right time” — they’re making the most of the time they have.
👉 Some days it’s a walk.
👉 Some days it’s a workout.
👉 Some days it’s just getting their steps in and drinking more water.

But they’re showing up — and that’s why the results are coming!

So if you’ve been waiting for life to “calm down” before you start…
This is your reminder: start now.
Imperfect action is still action — and it’s how real progress happens 💪
