It’s 4 weeks since I had a mole removed from the bottom of my foot — it’s been challenging!!
The first week I couldn’t put any weight on it — crawling on my knees, hopping, going down stairs on my bum… it was painful, frustrating, and exhausting. But I’m so grateful I was strong enough to manage it.
Life isn’t always linear. Curveballs happen. The key is getting back on track, even if it’s slower than you hoped.
Sunday, I finally returned to the gym for the first time in 4 weeks — upper body only, light weights, giving myself grace. And it felt amazing! 💪
Even small steps after a setback count. Progress is progress.
