Receptionist / Administrator
We are a friendly, multi-disciplinary Podiatry and Physiotherapy practice in Tarporley, looking for a friendly, professional and reliable receptionist with the ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team.
This is a front of house position which includes greeting patients, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking appointments using Cliniko diary software and taking payments. In addition you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.
Experience in marketing / social media would be very useful.
Applicants should be computer-literate and customer-focussed with the ability to multi-task.
The position is permanent, part-time: three days a week (Monday-Wednesday) 8.45-5.00 pm.
To start mid-May and work alongside our existing receptionist for a couple of weeks.
