Share Your Views on AI Scribes in Our Practice
We’re currently exploring how AI scribe technology could support our clinical team. AI scribes help doctors produce accurate medical notes during appointments, allowing them to spend more time focusing on you.

As part of this work, one of our medical students is running a project to understand patients’ concerns, experiences, and expectations around AI being used in the consultation room.

🔔 Patient Participation Group 🔔

Would you be interested in joining our Patient Group? We are currently looking for new members.

Our Patient Participation Group is made up of patients of various ages and backgrounds, that are registered at the Practice. The purpose of the Group is to provide a means of communicating the views and concerns of the patients to the Practice and to provide a forum for the Practice to consult on proposed changes to services.

We meet approximately once a quarter, and there are also elements of a 'virtual' group whereby ideas etc are shared via email.

Receptionists are not ‘just admin’ — they are patient advocates, navigating complex systems to get people the care they need. They are the gateway to the clinical team, and without them, there is no access. But constant abuse is pushing them to breaking point. Burnout is rising, and we are losing skilled staff who can no longer absorb the emotional toll.
