Vipassana - for someone who doesnt shut up, the last couple of weeks was one of the most intensely difficult experiences of my life. Going to the deepest darkest depths of my being in complete silence and solitude has been pretty insane (literally). Attempting to dissassociate from my constant chattering mind and unpleasant bodily sensations... The lessons are uncanny.

Integration is is progress and all I have left is enormous gratitude for this life and unconditional love for all.

New Moon in Virgo ~ contemplations 🌑✨️

This morning I wrote down any worries I had and fell into deep thought. I realised that they all involved being in limbo and unable to make a decision.

As many know, I am hands down the worst at making decisions which causes very unnecessary stress for myself and the people around me..

I then realised that whatever I decide with any of these 'worries' I have, it doesn't actually matter, either way, it will be perfect.

We have the choice, every single day to decide how how we want to live our lives. We get to choose!

So going forwards, I choose to make a decision. To tune in to what feels good, whatever aligns with my values, and then... decide.

Thank you Danielle for hosting us in your beautiful studio, and for the incredible Dana for guiding us the way and being such an inspiration to us all.

It's a such a small community here in NZ which made the experience even more special. A beautiful lil familia!

I'd been feeling pretty rough before this weekend and nearly didn't go. But thankfully I did and it has brought me right back to where I belong within my own body. A fierce reminder of how important it is to MOVE and LOVE your body every day.

I feel at peace with myself once again, yahoo!

I've been thinking alot recently about how every single thing that happens is for a reason, even if the reason isn't yet clear.

If we can stay strong and true to ourselves, we will soon see the lessons the universe is communicating with us. It is this understanding that makes stressful, complicated situations feel much easier, calmer and purposeful.
