Another big myth?
That facial asymmetry can’t be addressed.
Almost every face is asymmetrical, and most people don’t even realise it until it’s pointed out.
One side may smile higher.
One corner of the mouth may pull down more strongly.
One eye may squint more when you talk or laugh.
This isn’t random.
It’s muscular.
Facial muscles don’t always work evenly.
Some are naturally stronger on one side.
Some compensate for weakness elsewhere.
Some have been doing the same job for decades without support.
Over time, this imbalance can show up as:
• A crooked or uneven smile
• One side of the face ageing faster than the other
• Differences in jawline definition
• Uneven lines or folds at rest
✨ This is why copy and paste approaches don’t work.
✨ And why treating “both sides the same” often misses the mark.
A muscle led assessment looks at how your face moves, not just how it looks in a still photo.
Because movement always tells the truth.
When asymmetry is understood, not ignored balance becomes possible.
Not perfection.
Not sameness.
But harmony.
Ageing well isn’t about symmetry. In fact, asymmetry is beautiful. Complete symmetry can be eerie and strange to witness!
It’s about balance.
