Sunday Appreciation

What a week, half term came and went busy as usual helping out with childcare so Ksz and I can both work. The rain kept coming ! Lots of reflexology and yes my hands are beginning to hurt but we are at 72/100 and case studies nearly finished. Assignments are bar 1 complete and handed in. Huge thank you to everyone taking part and for some of you rebooking, i look forward to our sessions.
Anxiety seems to have come up a few times this week for many reasons, so I just wanted to remind people that I offer Auricular acupuncture to support mental health and know first hand how debilitating anxiety can be.
As we start the new week, the sun looks like it’s going to make an appearance, so make sure to get outside and soak it in.
