We warmly invite you to our Grief Tending Ritual in Honour of our Ancestors.

During this Samhain portal, when the veil between the worlds is thin, we will gather as a village to support one another as we honour and alchemise the grief we carry in our hearts.

This will be a safe, non-judgemental space where we share practices to help you connect with and meet the layers of grief you may be carrying.

Together we will use our voices, movement, breathwork, and journaling to prepare before entering into the ritual itself. will be offering the sacred songs and mantra during the ritual to support us on our grieving journey.

This offering has been inspired by the teachings of Francis Weller, whose work reminds us of the deep healing that becomes possible when we grieve together in community.

“Much of what we carry did not begin with us. We inherit grief from those who came before, grief that was never given the grace of being witnessed. To do this work now is an act of deep ancestral healing.”— Francis Weller, The Wild Edge of Sorrow

“Grief has never been private, it has always been communal. Grieving, by its very nature, requires the presence of others. Through that gathering, we begin to remember the depth of our belonging and the healing power of community.”
— Francis Weller, The Wild Edge of Sorrow

We look forward to sharing this time together with you,

Much Love, Lucy & Hannah 🧡
