We are looking for enthusiastic adults to works with our exceptional young people. Here at MJ Residential Services we work with young people who have experienced trauma & have complex emotional needs. We are looking for adults who can inspire and have the skills to develop positive relationships & create change is that you?

This role is offered on a full time basis, working on an allocated rota system. This would be based on 2 x 24 hour shifts per week + half day. This would include weekends and bank holiday working – you would also be expected to undertake sleep in duties for the home.

- All applicants will be subject to a satisfactory probation period.
- Applicants must have a full UK driving licence.
- Applicants should hold or be willing to work towards QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Children's Health & Social Care

Benefits;
1. Full training given & paid to attend training
2. Paid annual leave 28 days per year (based on hours/pro rata) inclusive of bank holidays
