ยฃ2,145 Raised for RNID ๐
On Sunday I completed the Taunton Half Marathon in 1:54 (5:23/km) after 17 weeks of training โ and together weโve raised ยฃ2,145 for RNID.
Iโm incredibly proud of that total.
RNID supports people living with hearing loss and tinnitus across the UK through advice, research and campaigning for better access and inclusion. Itโs a cause thatโs naturally very close to me as an audiologist and owner of Somerset Hearing.
This yearโs Taunton Half Marathon was something special. Over 2,000 runners and thousands more supporters โ Iโve genuinely never seen Taunton so full, so positive, and so supportive. It felt like a real celebration of community.
Today is also World Hearing Day, led by the World Health Organization โ making the timing even more meaningful.
To everyone who donated, shared the page, or sent encouragement โ thank you. Iโm very lucky to serve such a supportive community at Somerset Hearing.
