Support your female clients through every stage of life with targeted reflexology techniques designed to balance hormones, enhance wellbeing, and promote reproductive health.

This one-day CPD course is ideal for qualified reflexologists and advanced students who wish to deepen their knowledge and refine their practical skills in working with women’s health. You’ll explore how reflexology can be tailored to support fertility, pregnancy, and perimenopause, gaining greater confidence in adapting your treatments to meet the unique needs of each client.

The day includes practical demonstrations, guided hands-on practice, and discussions around key hormonal changes that influence physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll learn how to identify relevant reflex points, understand the underlying physiological and energetic connections, and integrate simple acupressure techniques to complement your reflexology practice.

Course Content

● Reflexology for Sub-Fertility: Explore techniques that support women trying to conceive, focusing on reproductive reflex points and the factors that may affect fertility.

● Pregnancy & Labour Support: Learn how to safely adapt reflexology throughout pregnancy, with guidance on specific reflex and acupressure points for pregnancy wellbeing, labour preparation, and induction.

● Perimenopause & Hormonal Transitions: Understand how reflexology can help ease the physical and emotional effects of hormonal shifts, including fatigue, hot flushes, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.

By the end of the day, you’ll have a toolkit of specialist approaches to confidently support your female clients through conception, pregnancy, and menopause — helping them feel balanced, nurtured, and empowered.

Look out tonight in clear skies for the Beaver Moon, also known as the Full Moon in November, signifies various meanings across cultures and traditions. Historically, it marked the time when beavers became active in building their winter dams. Symbolically, the Beaver Moon represents resourcefulness, hard work, and preparation for the winter season. It serves as a reminder to focus on productivity, perseverance, and adaptability in our own lives.

Anxiety and Young adults reflexology is taught live on Zoom by Louise Keet author of the Reflexology Bible
Stress is a key factor in disrupting the endocrine system and several studies have shown that reflexology can lead to a significant reduction in anxiety. There are so many factors that young adults are navigating in society. We will look at common pathologies and key reflexes out of balance as well as personality types associated with eating disorders. Apart from the hormonal changes that will have an impact on health we will be considering the effects of a number of considerations that may affect a young person’s growing body ecology. You will appreciate how the enteric nervous system may effect emotional and physical health, how trauma impacts can be life long, how spinal injuries can have an impact on moods, the development of the brain and choices. Taking an holistic approach to health we will consider a number of aftercare suggestions including affirmations, ways to help self-regulate, stimulate the vagus nerve and new methods to relax with hand reflexology. We will appreciate the importance of referrals to medical professional and treating the parent or care giver in your treatment plan. You will learn a new reflexology protocol and new ways of applying reflexology techniques including working the Vagus nerve.
