Few more of the Boxer based Adventure Tourer!

Those external wheel carrier and ladder powdercoated black adds some muscles to an otherwise unassuming Peugeot Boxer. Specc’d with 16” wheels and chunky tyres, there’s very few places this van can’t pitch up and get the cab nice and toasty.
For Daisy and Guy to get to the end of their build and for it to look better than OEM means the world to us. We use the best materials available, no compromise on safety or comfort and built with you in mind.

Sienna & Brendan - done!

We finished this Adventure van just days ago but had just enough time to get some fancy pics! Still more to come alongside Daisys showreel.

They chose bright and welcoming interior colours with the butchers block oak counter tops, this has a full shower bathroom, garage under bed, massive victron setup and A/C! Finished perfectly with some external accessories in the shape of a roofrack, wheel carrier and ladder!

This Crafters all-white innit!

Big thanks to Mark for visiting us for a ladder and some other toys to be installed! Had to get some decent pics as this is one tricked up Crafter!

Aluminium roofrack with a full perforated deck supplied alongside an LED lightbar, Mark also bought along some rear lights, grille lights and a 12v switch panel to control them all!

Handover day today, Daisy is walking the clients through the systems on board and offering reassurance that if there’s any problems, we’re only a FaceTime away.

Pop-Top on the Bongo!

Not often we get a JDM cult classic booked in, customer wanted some extra headroom so they’ve booked in for a pop-top!

Looks so sick on the RX8 wheels and covered in white paint. Perfect way to wake up feeling like you’re from the land of the rising sun.

Winter is definitely here now!

Hopefully everyone is making the most of the weather and not staying indoors, you just need to layer up! The wet and windy cold ain’t nothing!

This is my big bus (Alex, sales and socials).
First winter living off-grid, wouldn’t change it for the world. Being out in the sticks in winter means I can see the stars much more vividly. Riding to and from work on a Honda 125 dirt bike is an incredibly fun way to start the day.

Xplore does domestic!

Local customer got in contact with us looking for some aluminium capping for the perimeter wall in his garden.
After one visit to correctly measure the angle and width of all the capping, we created a 2D form on our CNC machine and visited once more to confirm fitment. Few adjustments then we ended up with 13m of aluminium capping powdercoated to match the felt as close as possible.
Customer is happy now they can keep all the rain from entering their garage with the original bricks!

All types of projects taken on, this was a welcome challenge for us and always a bonus enjoying the English countryside from on top of a garage! Job well done Pete!

Put the Big in Big Rig!!

Now this is a big job, gigantic American 5th wheel trailer in for some body repairs thanks to a tyre blowout!

Pete has been working outside getting this installed, still loads left to do! Can’t wait to show you all the before and after.
