Looking to relax, de-stress and find inner peace? Due to popularity of existing group, we are pleased to be adding a new Meditation Group to Tuesday evenings. Held twice a month, these groups help you relax and destress. Improve self awareness, spiritual growth, with a high connection and guidance.

Yvonne Bottarelli runs these small, friendly groups, taking you on a guided meditation journey. Each week is unique and tailored to the group attending. They will always leave you feeling supported, with tools to use along the way.

It is so lovely to hear when clients give some feedback on what has gone well for them. Chris has had a brilliant testimonial this week, following some family therapy for a mother and her adult son, who needed some support with communication. She said:

"In order to improve communication and to reduce his bursts of anger, my 23 year old son agreed to join me in some 'relationship therapy' with Chris. We only had a few sessions but it enabled the start of some conversations and for me to explain how I felt and for my son to hear and listen. Things have become easier, less tense and calmer at home and I feel that my son now sees how better communication leads to a much better atmosphere. The dogs have noticed it too! We only had four sessions but Chris guided things appropriately. The penny seemed to drop and my son has suggested we carry on our conversations at home but knows we can go back to Chris if we would like to in the future."
