The Mission:
You’ll help lead our dementia care home with compassion, confidence, proffessionalism and the occasional well-timed cup of tea. You’ll support staff, ensure residents are safe and happy, and keep things running smoothly—even when the day doesn’t go to plan.
You’ll Need:
✔ Experience in dementia care
✔ Leadership skills (cape optional)
✔ The ability to stay calm, kind, and organised
✔ Experience in quality auditing & care planning

🌙 ROLE 2: NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT
36 hours per week
Also known as:
Protector of Peaceful Sleep
Midnight Tea Maker
Calm Presence in the Quiet Hours
The Mission:
While the world sleeps, you’ll be there—supporting residents through the night with dignity, patience, and reassurance. From personal care to gentle chats at 3am, you’ll make nights feel safe and calm.
You’ll Need:
✔ A caring nature and strong empathy
✔ Reliability (nights wait for no one)
✔ Experience in care (dementia experience a big plus)
You’ll Get:
