It’s time to reveal The Octagon’s new look! 🐙

We’ve been busy in the background creating a brand new website made in collaboration with I’m so pleased with how it has turned out and excited to hear your feedback 👐

The website will tell you more about who I am and what I do but I thought I would take this opportunity to re-introduce myself;

As a qualified Integrative Therapist with over two decades of experience, I am honoured to work with adults, couples, adolescents, and young children. My practice addresses a wide range of mental health concerns, including bereavement, complex grief, addiction, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, as well as those seeking greater self-understanding or striving to be their best selves 🤍
