Hey everyone 👋
Hope you all had a great Halloween weekend — maybe even caught some early fireworks! 🎆

I was reading that today is the last day of Día de los Muertos — the Mexican Day of the Dead — a beautiful time to remember and celebrate those we’ve lost, to share stories, and to gather with friends and family.

Finding places to connect beyond our own homes isn’t always easy these days. That’s one of the things I love about the sauna — it’s a space where you can come to unwind, reflect, and reset your body, whether you want quiet time or a friendly chat with others who share the same health and wellness mindset. 🔥💧🌿

A big thank you to everyone who’s been coming along — whether you’re a regular or just dropped by to meet new people or take a breather from life for a while. Everyone’s welcome and friendly here.

No matter the weather sometimes I just wanna feel better and I find that a sauna always helps, I like the view I like seeing the view and the weather outside when I’m nice and warm inside, sometimes it really is just about the feel good and as we know that’s just one of the benefits that you can get from a sauna, the cold plunge is a bonus and doing the full contrast therapy of both can really have some amazing transformation of both mind and body!
