WHAT'S THE FIRST THING YOU THINK ABOUT WHEN YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT❓❓❓
Well, for most people, it's this.....
The food and drink you love but you know you have to give up.
Wine, beer, chocolate, bread, etc 🍷🍫🍪
Well it is, isn't it?
Otherwise we'd give up that food easily and losing weight wouldn't be a problem.🤷
There's a problem with this thought pattern though.
It puts you in a state of NEGATIVITY.
And your MOTIVATION is shot to hell.
Plus it plays on elements of GUILT too.
("I shouldn't be eating this but I want to and it tastes SOOOOOO good")
Well GUILT and NEGATIVITY hamper your weight loss goals. ❌
And the likelyhood of failing rises exponentially📈
You will fail because that food you love, the food you're addicted to , is playing a VITAL role in your mental well being.
It helps you get through the day.
You rely on it.
The truth is :
YOU'RE NOT READY TO GIVE UP THAT BAD FOOD YET
YOU'RE NOT EVEN READY FOR THE GYM YET
All that is running before you can even walk.
