WHAT'S THE FIRST THING YOU THINK ABOUT WHEN YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT❓❓❓

Well, for most people, it's this.....

The food and drink you love but you know you have to give up.

Wine, beer, chocolate, bread, etc 🍷🍫🍪

Well it is, isn't it?

Otherwise we'd give up that food easily and losing weight wouldn't be a problem.🤷

There's a problem with this thought pattern though.

It puts you in a state of NEGATIVITY.

And your MOTIVATION is shot to hell.

Plus it plays on elements of GUILT too.

("I shouldn't be eating this but I want to and it tastes SOOOOOO good")

Well GUILT and NEGATIVITY hamper your weight loss goals. ❌

And the likelyhood of failing rises exponentially📈

You will fail because that food you love, the food you're addicted to , is playing a VITAL role in your mental well being.

It helps you get through the day.

When we start to workout, we need to work ourselves up to the level to really push ourselves.

If you go hard too early, you will feel sore for the next 3-4 days which does nothing for your motivation to go back and train again.

You need to exercise that will inspire you to come back and do it again the next day.

Here s the simplest, (and probably the shortest strength program) you ll ever see. In any journey to get yourself fit, strong or lose weight, Your goal is to get your body used to exercise again.

The first change that people often try to make when trying to get into shape is workout. This is of course a mistake because exercise or working out is not where the brunt of weight loss or fat loss happens. It happens through sleep, nutrition and stress relief.

These need to be the priority. Training/working out is there to supplement these 3 areas.

However that doesn't mean you can t do something. You can still remain active and start exercise and you can introduce a very short structured program to your week. Its just that you re not relying on it to make the difference, at least not at the beginning.

As a complete beginner you must think long term in terms of training and you re priority is to get your body used to training. The video goes a little more into this.

Working out and cutting out the food you love.

You aren't ready for this yet. Start with good quality sleep and eating enough protein, veg and good carbs.

Be patient with yourself. You're in this for the long haul, not a magazine photo shoot
