๐ŸŽ„โœจ A Wonderful Festive Visit to Holway School! โœจ๐ŸŽ„

We are delighted to share that, as part of our Archie project with Holway School, we were invited to join them for a very special Christmas lunch. We took Maud, Del and Allan along, with Alice and Charlotte supporting and, what a fantastic afternoon it was! ๐Ÿ˜

We enjoyed a delicious meal of roast pork with all the trimmings, followed by mince pies and apple strudel. Our residents loved both the food and the warm welcome from everyone at the school. ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿฅฐ

They also really enjoyed seeing the children theyโ€™ve been building relationships with, as well as meeting new faces. The sense of connection and joy was truly heart-warming. โค๏ธโœจ

๐Ÿ’…๐ŸŽถ A Lovely Pamper & Movie Day! ๐ŸŽฌโœจ

Shirley and Judy enjoyed a relaxing pamper afternoon, complete with beautifully painted nails and a soothing hand massage, all while Pam treated everyone to wonderful piano music.

Shirley and Pam then went on to use their special tickets for our in-house movie night. They chose The Sound of Music and loved it so much that they stayed for a second film! They even kept their cinema tickets as a sweet souvenir of a fantastic evening.

We recently said a fond farewell to Rupina, who is retiring after many dedicated years with us. Over her time at Moorhaven, Rupina has worked days and nights as a CSA, Carer, and Kitchen Assistant - always bringing kindness, hard work, and a caring spirit to everything she did. ๐Ÿ’›

Weโ€™d like to say a huge thank you, Rupina, for your incredible commitment and compassion over the years. Youโ€™ve made such a difference to so many lives. Wishing you all the happiness and relaxation in your well-earned retirement! ๐ŸŒธโœจ
