As we head into December and the last few weeks of the season, we play again like we do every Sunday!

Big shout-out to Ali and Gav who organise the teams every week, another set of fantastic games and tight results!

Well played everyone and with 3 wins in 3, the Blacks take the win overall! Great effort lads! Let's keep it going!

With Dan taking a week away, Jamie has gone ahead in the overall leaderboard as well as the top scorer.. Great effort Jamie, good to have you back (Yes, he was on my team last weekend). However, Gilly was the first defender to keep a clean sheet against Jamie, with a large degree of help from Kris in goal.. But as Kris helps organise, Gilly gets a free week, this week.

Good to see familiar faces at the top of the weightloss, Josh, Kris, Ali and James all hot on the heels of Aaron. Keep up the great work lads.

We go again this weekend.

As always, another great weekend of football and even better with the weather holding out for us. A lot of tight games, so big! Thank you to Gav and Ali, who often go unappreciated?. Organising the teams takes a long time and a lot of thought goes into it with these two, so thank you and well done.

Jamie was kept out, for the first time... In forever?.. So a free week goes to Gilly, who with help from Kris, kept the first clean sheet against him. Brilliant effort lads.

"F**k off Jamie".. is the phrase on everyone's lips this week. Therefore, if anyone keeps a clean sheet against him this weekend, they'll get a free week.

In truth, the lad is incredible. Well played mate. He says through gritted teeth. While Abe's trying to do his best to keep pace, he's some way off the top spot.

Aaron's still top of the weight loss percentages which is great work mate well done, closely followed by Josh. Who's back on the train and doing well.

Dan L Is top of the overall leaderboard?, with Jamie hot on his heels. How will it look after this weekend??!

Beck up to a full compliment of over 42 yesterday, great effort from all involved. Yes, Jamie scored again. But the football was quality as always!

GW4 Roundup:

A power trio three-way at the top of the overall leaderboard with Dan L, Jon and Jamie not giving an inch......well maybe one or two.

Newcomer Aaron losing the inches off his waistline with his fantastic weight loss efforts. Great to see TFS part of a new healthy lifestyle journey. Keep going Rennz!

Even with a week off, Jamie has a convincing lead as Top Scorer. It wouldn't surprise me if his idea of a break is scoring a hat-ful for The Hockey Refuge as is his goal scoring talents!

Great to see some old faces again gracing the haloed Castle Ground however overall numbers are down. I can't imagine it being anything to do with the recent weather so no excuses to get yourself down this Sunday, its on to be a balmy 10°C with not a speck of rain! Lovely stuff!
