Set in a quiet residential area of Taunton, we have a strong emphasis on encouraging freedom of choice. Our extensively trained team of care professionals will work with you to create a care plan tailored to your individual requirements. Your friends and family are welcome to visit at any time, with drinks and snacks available on request. Our dedicated activities team ensure that there is always something interesting happening at Oake Meadows. You will often find live music and demonstrations in our lounges, as well as a variety of classic movies at our in-house cinema. You can enjoy some pampering in our hair salon, use of our sensory room, or some quiet time in one of our many smaller lounges. Activities can be tailored to your own interests and abilities, and we often organise day trips to the local area. Our talented team of kitchen staff provide three delicious nutritious meals per day, using fresh seasonal ingredients. 🎄✨ What a wonderful time at the Oake Meadows Christmas Party 2025! ✨🎄

It was truly heart warming to see our residents, relatives and staff all coming together to celebrate and enjoy such a special afternoon filled with smiles, laughter and festive cheer.

A huge thank you to Danny Jukebox for an amazing performance that had everyone singing along, and to our fantastic kitchen team for providing such a delicious selection of sweet treats – they went down a treat! 🍰🎶

And lastly, thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate with us and helped make the day so memorable. Moments like these mean so much to our Oake Meadows family ❤️
