Oake Meadows Care Home Discover Our Warm Environment For Those Living With Dementia or Nursing Requirements to Call Home. We would love to show you around Oake Meadows Care Home!

Set in a quiet residential area of Taunton, we have a strong emphasis on encouraging freedom of choice. Our extensively trained team of care professionals will work with you to create a care plan tailored to your individual requirements. Your friends and family are welcome to visit at any time, with drinks and snacks available on request. Our dedicated activities team ensure that there is always something interesting happening at Oake Meadows. You will often find live music and demonstrations in our lounges, as well as a variety of classic movies at our in-house cinema. You can enjoy some pampering in our hair salon, use of our sensory room, or some quiet time in one of our many smaller lounges. Activities can be tailored to your own interests and abilities, and we often organise day trips to the local area. Our talented team of kitchen staff provide three delicious nutritious meals per day, using fresh seasonal ingredients. Friends and family are welcome to join you for a meal, and all dietary requirements are catered for. Please call us on 01823 475158 to arrange a visit, or to discuss any aspect of elderly care.

Rain, mist or chilly mornings haven’t stopped them – from dog walks and misty strolls to full-on runs, they’ve kept those steps coming! 🏃‍♀️
