Second top tip this week on the oral microbiome
TONGUE SCRAPING👩⚕️🩺🤔
Best to do when you clean your teeth at night.
Use a tongue scraper (can be bought through us better living clinic) or use the back of a teaspoon.
One scrap back of tongue, down the middle
Then one on each side
Look in the mirror as you do it if you are prone to gag 👍
3 scraps daily.
This will disrupt the bacteria living on your tongue and the biofilm they produce.
